Hi, I had a tattoo done a couple of months ago and after my first peel everything was fine, submerged it in the bath after 2 weeks and I wonder if this is what could have caused my tattoo to be raised now? Also, is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hello, thank you for your question. 

A tattoo raising is part and parcel of the healing process. As it’s only 2 months old, it’s still early in the complete healing process. It can take more months for it to completely settle. Just make sure you are using some good tattoo aftercare or a natural moisturiser. You could also see a pharmacist and get some over the counter antihistamines which should help. If in doubt, go in and have a quick chat with your tattoo artist who can provide further advice.
